we specialize in fitness for clients in their 40’s, 50’s & 60’s


We are not your average gym. We are a customized training facility dedicated to you our client. Once you are over 40, physical activity becomes increasingly important. As we get older or more experienced (what’s the best way to say you’re getting older?) we have a few different requirements to consider as we plan and prepare for our workouts. We have years of life, sports and activities under our belts that have created muscle imbalances, poor posture, aches and pains and more.  Your workout should leave you feeling energized and better than you did when you walked in the door!

 

Utilizing what we refer to as “customized group training”, our clients benefit from the motivational aspect of training in a group environment (max 6 clients per group), while also receiving the individual attention needed to ensure you perform your best. NOTE: At our training center, group training does NOT mean everyone does the same workout. Each client has his/her own customized program that’s performed within the group setting. This is like private training in a room with other private clients. Individual attention, customized exercises, room to move around, no competition or peer pressure.


 

Cardio Strength Circuit


The Cardio Strength Circuit is a total body workout that includes aspects of Circuit Training, Kickboxing, Battle Ropes and Barbell, Dumbbell and Kettlebell Complexes. Our group classes are designed to give you a full body workout, with a focus on building strength, endurance and increasing mobility, all in a fun and safe environment. Come and check us out!
what you need to know:

  • 1 hour 15 mins in length

  • 12-14 stations - done twice

  • 1 min of work :30 rest

  • The perfect blend of cardio and strength

  • Fresh circuit every class

This class now has two times you can attend:
Friday - 6:00-7:15PM
Saturday - 9:00-10:15AM
