At SAINT Performance we provide a customized approach to each of our clients. Our programming is based on your physical assessment and consultation to deliver a personalized training plan that will help you reach YOUR goals as efficiently as possible.
With a custom program we can pin point your needs and address them directly, Each exercise has multiple levels of progression depending on your ability - so don't worry about your current ability or fitness level! 

Training is focused on introducing and continually improving all aspects of physical fitness with the primary goal of keeping you healthy and enjoying everything life has to offer.

 

 

Cardio Strength Circuit


The Cardio Strength Circuit is a total body workout that includes aspects of Circuit Training, Kickboxing, Battle Ropes and Barbell, Dumbbell and Kettlebell Complexes. Our group classes are designed to give you a full body workout, with a focus on building strength, endurance and increasing mobility, all in a fun and safe environment. Come and check us out!
what you need to know:

  • 1 hour 15 mins in length

  • 12-14 stations - done twice

  • 1 min of work :30 rest

  • The perfect blend of cardio and strength

  • Fresh circuit every class

This class now has two times you can attend:
Friday - 6:00-7:15PM
Saturday - 9:00-10:15AM
