Kickboxing is a highly energetic art developing striking skills using techniques from Boxing, Tae Kwan Do, Karate, and Muay Thai. There is a focus on fitness and technique in this class, and students will learn to use a variety of kickboxing gear and bags.

Kickboxing is a great workout for men and women with any fitness goals in mind, and a fantastic way to get in shape, improve cardio, increase strength, and boost self confidence.


Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defence system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. It teaches that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique. It is a great way to build core strength, improve flexibility, and increase self confidence in a safe low impact environment.

Kids / Youth Classes


Kids Brazilian Jiu jitsu
Brazilian jiu jitsu for kids 5-12 years old.

Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is for kids aged 5-12 years old. With an emphasis on having Fun! Children learn basic positions and techniques.  students may attend one OR two days per week. Classes run Mondays & Thursdays.

kickboxing for kids 6-12 years old.

Kids Kickboxing classes are once per week, Fridays 4:30 - 5:30pm. Learn movement patterns, kickboxing skills & techniques. Its a great way to blow off steam and have some Fun in a safe constructive environment.
