Our Open House is set for August 28th, from 12pm-3pm. After that, we will be open for business Monday-Friday 7am-9pm. We will be closed on weekends for the month of August to continue with upgrades. Starting September, we will also be open from 10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday

Well. it seems as though I’m going to teach classes tonight and be off to Vernon to train with Dave and Mario for a couple days. Gonna leave the Okanagan on Friday and go train in Vancouver with Jake Shields, Pat Militich, and Gilbert Melendez for the weekend. Sound like fun? See you all when [...]

Thank you very much to Kootenay Jiu-jitsu for inviting us to their competition this weekend. You guys put on a great tournament. Its fantastic to have something happening local. And a big congrats to Justin on winning a gold medal in his division. You were focused and worked hard.

Just letting everybody know that the renovation for the new space will be finished by the end of May. Looks like we’re getting new change rooms with showers, lockers and a new clean workout space. See you in class.
